We received excellent service. We were not rushed in our choice of carpet, was given very good advice and felt we got value for money. The fitting was excellent, he arrived on time and left no mess. All rubbish was bagged and our bed was put back for us. We have recommended Simply Carpets to lots of our friends, they deserve to do well
We chose Simply Carpets when we wanted to change the carpets in our children's bedrooms. The choice was excellent and the children love the colours they chose, which match the decor perfectly. Ronnie did a great job of laying the carpets and took the trouble to lay them in the fitted wardrobes. Tania is always friendly and helpful whenever we go into the shop. All-in-all a lovely family run business. We'll use them again in the future

I recently had Kersaint Cobb Wood Flooring installed in my Hall, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen and the rest of the house carpeted. Having recently moved, this is the second time i have used this company. Professionalism from start to finish, attention to detail which is second to none and a price that can't be beaten. We had visited several local retailers to try and arrange for the vinyl flooring to be replaced in our kitchen. Having eventually been to Simply carpets & Flooring we found them far more helpful in letting us borrow samples. We decided upon a flooring and the quote was very competitive and they were prepared to offer other services such as disposal of existing flooring and removal & replacement of appliances.
Ronnie made various suggestions about the installation of the flooring in an area that is fairly large and has some awkward parts to deal with. The completed installation was better than we had hoped for and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Many thanks.
